About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all stages of project development, from concept to completion. You will coordinate between clients, the creative team, and other departments to ensure that each project meets its deadlines, quality standards, and budget requirements. Your role will involve planning schedules, managing resources, and maintaining communication to ensure that projects are completed smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and manage the overall timeline of each project, ensuring timely delivery.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals, expectations, and feedback.
Coordinate the activities of 3D artists, technical artists, VFX artists, and other team members to ensure proper workflow and collaboration.
Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and make necessary adjustments to timelines or resource allocation.
Ensure that project deliverables meet client expectations for quality and are aligned with their business objectives.
Manage project budgets, tracking costs, and ensuring that projects stay within financial constraints.
Identify potential risks or challenges and proactively develop solutions to mitigate delays or issues.
Foster a positive and productive work environment, motivating team members and encouraging collaboration.
Create and maintain project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, meeting notes, and client communications.
Collaborate with the CEO and other department heads to align project goals with the company’s long-term vision and capabilities.

Requirements
Job Requirements:
Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in project management, ideally within the 3D art, game development, or architecture industries.
Certifications: PMP or similar project management certifications are a plus.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in project management software like Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar tools.
Familiarity with 3D art workflows, architectural visualization, and game development pipelines is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, from concept development to final delivery.
Experience with resource allocation, budgeting, and financial management.
Understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to lead Scrum meetings is a plus.

Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
