Custom 4x4 Truck

This project involved designing and developing a unique, game-ready 3D model of a custom 4x4 truck for our client. The truck was envisioned as an off-road, heavy-duty vehicle with a rugged and powerful appearance. The client's goal was to have a detailed yet optimized 3D asset that could be seamlessly integrated into a game engine for use in an open-world environment.

Client’s Goal: The client needed a custom-designed 4x4 truck that would stand out in their game, offering both aesthetic appeal and high performance in terms of gameplay. It was essential for the truck to appear detailed, with realistic textures and mechanics, while ensuring the model was optimized for real-time rendering.

Our Contribution: Anfal Productions took the lead on this project by designing the custom 4x4 truck from the ground up. We worked closely with the client to capture their vision and brought it to life through intricate 3D modeling, texturing, and optimization processes.

Using 3ds Max 2020 for the base modeling, we ensured that the truck had a highly detailed chassis, suspension, and exterior design. Substance Painter allowed us to create realistic textures, adding weathering and fine detailing such as rust, mud splashes, and metallic finishes. We also optimized the model for game use, ensuring that it could perform efficiently in a gaming environment while retaining its high-quality visual details.

Tools Used:

3ds Max 2020: For creating the base model, focusing on intricate details such as wheels, suspension, and bodywork.
Substance Painter: For applying realistic textures, weathering effects, and finishes.
Corona Renderer: For rendering high-quality previews and photorealistic images of the custom truck.
Project Success: The final 3D model of the custom 4x4 truck was delivered with all the required technical specifications for the game. It was fully optimized, maintaining an excellent balance between visual detail and performance. The design was unique, rugged, and exactly what the client envisioned for their project.

Outcome: The client was thoroughly impressed with the custom truck's design, its attention to detail, and the overall process of collaboration with Anfal Productions. The asset was successfully integrated into their game environment, enhancing the player experience with its robust and realistic appearance.
