Outsource Manager Job Description
Position: Outsource Manager – Americas/Asia/Europe/Middle East
Compensation: 5% commission of each secured contract (negotiable)
Location: Remote, regional-specific
Anfal Productions is seeking experienced and well-connected Outsource Managers to represent us across four key regions: Americas, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. These roles are critical in building and managing client relationships, driving business development, and ensuring smooth execution of outsourced 3D art projects.
Outsource Managers will act as regional representatives of Anfal Productions, leveraging their industry connections to secure contracts, manage vendors, and deliver quality results to our clients. This role is commission-based, with opportunities for substantial earnings based on project success.
Job Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify and engage potential clients within your assigned region.
Build relationships with gaming studios, creative agencies, and other industries requiring 3D art services.
Present Anfal Productions’ capabilities to secure outsourcing contracts.
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the main point of contact for regional clients.
Ensure smooth communication between clients and production teams.
Negotiate project terms, timelines, and deliverables.
Vendor and Team Management
Identify and onboard regional vendors or contractors for 3D art production as needed.
Optionally form and manage your own team to support project success.
Oversee quality control and ensure timely delivery of all projects.
Collaboration and Reporting
Coordinate with Anfal Productions’ internal teams for project integration.
Provide regular updates to the company leadership on progress and outcomes.
Compensation
5% commission on each secured contract, with the possibility of negotiation based on project scope and contributions.

Requirements
Job Requirements
Americas:
Extensive experience in the gaming or creative industries in North and/or South America.
Existing network of potential clients, studios, and vendors within the region.
Knowledge of industry trends and client expectations specific to the Americas.
Asia:
Experience working in the gaming, animation, or design industries in Asia.
Familiarity with regional markets such as China, Japan, South Korea, and Southeast Asia.
Strong connections with studios and vendors in the region.
Europe:
Proven track record in business development or outsourcing within Europe.
Understanding of European industry standards, gaming trends, and client requirements.
Network of clients and vendors in key countries like the UK, Germany, France, and Eastern Europe.
Middle East:
Experience in the creative or entertainment industries in the Middle East.
Strong regional knowledge, with connections to clients and vendors in the Gulf and neighboring regions.
Ability to bridge regional cultural nuances with global project standards.
Key Skills and Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in outsourcing, business development, or project management within the 3D art, gaming, or entertainment industries.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships in your region.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Asana).
Understanding of 3D art production pipelines and client expectations.
